Congratulations to Kurt Warner. The Most prestigious Walter Payton Man of the year Award goes to Kurt Warner. This honor was made by the Cardinals against Pittsburgh Steelers even before the start of the Super Bowl XLIII at the Raymond James Stadium, Tampa Bay, Florida.
Kurlis Eugene Warner was born in Burlington, Iowa on June 22, 1971. He plays for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League as an American football quarterback. He became known for his highly successful stint with the St. Louis Rams from 1998-2003 where he took 1999 and 2001 NFL MVP award with the Super Bowl MVP award in Super bowl XXXIV. He is the second-most statistically accurate quarterback in NFL after Chad Pennington whose career completion percentage is 65.7%.
Warner was selected as the most recognized players for charitable and community involvements off the field. After he made his visits to regions affected by floods last year the Cardinals Quarterback Warner formed a partnership with Habitat for Community.
He has raised more than $650,000 to aid the building of homes in the Midwest, along with his personal contribution of $100,000 and from his foundation with the same amount. Warner has already made a total of more than $1.5 million in contributions in order to aid help sponsor trips for Make-A-Wish families and other charitable causes.
