Jim Fassel - A Coach In The United Football League

The earlier coach of the New York Giants Jim Fassel will be the coach of Las Vegas in the United Football League. Though the announcements regarding the hiring is not yet confirmed. The United Football League commissioner Michael Huyghue said they would declare the hiring soon.

Jim Fassel brought the New York Giants to the super Bowl in 2001. But he was fired after three years. Jim Fassel was into the Balimore and served the raven's offensive co coordinator until he was beaten by Brain Billick on the team's bye week.

After that Fassel was not seen in football. He ran for the 'Skins job last spring, and also sent Al Davis a letter about the Raiders' gig. And was blamed bloggers for his dilemma.

Well now that Jim Fassel has convinced a football team that he deserves another shot at being a head coach, let’s hope they bring back all those old USFL team names.
